This chart does not tell the whole story, so I will write it in my review. We bought a new unit from Modern approximately five years ago. The service provided for this particular service was excellent. The peple who did the install were excellent. Now we skip to fiv years later, which is now. THE SERVICE IS POOR. THIS IS A COMPANY WHO HAS NOT RETURNED ONE OF SEVEN TELEPHONE CALLS. IN FACT I WENT TO THEIR OFFICE ON INDUSTRIAL AND THERE WERE THREE EMPLOYEES IN THE WAREHOUSE.
I EXPLAINED TO THEM MY PROBLEM OF NOT BEING ABLE TO GET MY CALLS ANSWERED. I STATED THAT I WANTED TO GET MY TWO UNITS SERVICED. I TOLD THEM THE AMOUNT OF TIMES I CALLED, AND NOT RECEIVING ONE RETURN CALL. THE LAST CALL I MADE WAS APPROXIMATELY 30 DAYS AGO. I GOT AN ANSWERING MACHINE AND LEFT MY MESSAGE. ONCE AGAIN NO CALL. DOES MODERN NO LONGER PROVIDE SERVICE ON THE UNITS THEY INSTALLED. ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES SAID THE UNITS DID NOT NEED SERVICE FOR AT LEAST FIVE YEARS. I AM TOTALLY CONFUSED WITH THEIR INABILITY TO REURN A CALL.
