Before choosing a company to install our AC in our new home, we reached out to more than five different businesses. After speaking with Orlando, it was clear Shalom was the best choice. I really valued that theyre family-owned, and from the very beginning, Orlando was reliable, accommodating, and honest.

He always worked around my busy schedule and took the time to answer every question, big or small. He listened to our needs, respected our budget, and never pushed unnecessary upgrades. Instead, he explained the pros and cons of each option so we felt informed and confident in every decision. You can tell from the way he talks about HVAC that hes truly passionate about his work.

We had a condenser and heat pump installed, along with removal of the furnace and a brand new duct system. The crew did an excellent job (so professional that even our neighbors noticed). Everything was completed in just two days, and they left our home spotless.

A few months later, we had a small issue with airflow in our primary bedroom. Orlando responded right away and personally came out to address it. Hes honest, dependable, and always stands by his word. Its reassuring to know we can reach out anytime and trust hell find a solution.

Shalom HVAC is a family-owned business, in the best way possible. We worked with Orlando throughout the whole process. He was incredibly knowledgeable and was thoughtful toward my homes needs. We appreciated the extra time he took to explain the differences between the different options as well communicating the various logistics involved. It was very clear that he had our best interest in mind when going over the cost, logistics, and maintenance. From our interactions, I got the impression that Orlando wouldnt give us any recommendations that he wouldnt make for his family.
His team arrived on time, was professional, and finished on time. There was clear communication throughout the entire process. We had a positive experience with Jose during the inspection phase of the process - he was particularly helpful.
Now, does our HVAC work? We used Shalom HVAC right before the summer season started. It is currently 94 degrees outside, but you couldnt tell if youre inside our house its very comfortable to the point that my daughter is currently wearing a sweater. I can say that they know how to get the job done.

Called them and they came same day. Blanca was extremely nice and accommodating. Many showed up told me the problem and fixed it right away. I think it took him all of 30 minutes. Will definitely be using in the future

As a homeowner I have had both heating and air conditioning systems replaced and found Shalom to be quick to respond, honest, reasonably priced, and they don't try to upsell you to equipment you don't need. Can't ask for more than that!

Always greatest service.. we had issue with Ir conditioner cooling system, Jose was service technician checked and filled unit. Added some leak checking and filter to system.

A very prompt and organized job. Anything I suggested they took care of. I had some trouble with the thermostat being a special Wi fi and connected to the a/c company. That soolve took them a while to fix but they got er done eventually. Very happy.

I have a Home Protection Plan so when my heater no long worked, I contacted my Home Warranty company and they sent out Shalom heating and Air. I had never used them. I must say from start to finish they were TOP notch! City inspector came out today to check work to pass permit and Orlando from Shalom was here for them! The city inspector made a comment out the door that NO COMPANY ever is there during final inspection and he was impressed with this company as well, saying it made it easy to have any questions answered! Shalom is excellent; weve used them regularly, since they initially installed our furnace, then later added ac. This year we used them for a system tune up and maintenance. Service tech Maxy was neat, professional, patient and courteous. We will only use Shalom to work on our HVAC system. As I said theyre truly an excellent company.

Maxy did an excellent job with the annual HVAC maintenance service and made sure to tell me about any up comping issues so that I could be prepared. The were a couple of issues of getting calls back from the administrator, but we managed.

I cannot say enough about this company. Great service, amazing communication during the whole process, and the owner (Jose) along with his staff were nothing short of amazing. The installers did an excellent job and respected my property and made sure everything was clean at the end of the day They worked hard to complete the project on time and the end result was an amazing price, seamless installation, new vents, air conditioner, and heater.

Years ago I had issues with my window air conditioner unit. I called them to come out to fix it not knowing the only deal with main air conditioning units. The gentleman was still patient and it was an easy fix and he fixed it for me for free. I told him if I ever got ac in my house I would call them. Fast forward to a few days ago when I had my home ac unit installed. The crew was great, cleaned up behind themselves and super nice. Highly recommend and great company to use for your air conditioning.

The team showed up, they were clean and respectful. The covered the floor and kept the house clean. They worked quickly but didnt rush. The vents afterwards worked great and the new product installed worked better than expected. Thank you for your great service!

Shalom Heating and Air did a fantastic job doing a change out of my AC and heating systems. I have a very small attic crawl space and didnt know if my ducts could be changed out. Joses crew were able to gain access to the attic and removed and replaced the duct work. The crew was very knowledgeable and completed all the work the same day. They were very clean and another crew showed up later in day and removed the old equipment and duct work. The American Standard system works like a champ and we are more than pleased with the work Shalom Heating and Air did. Thank-You Jose and crew. I will be referring them to everyone and anyone.

I called to make an appointment for a free estimate and they were able to come out the next day. I met with owner Jose and he gave me a few options for my home which has never had air conditioning before. This was my 3rd bid and it was a good price compared to the other quotes i got from the costco and homedepot contractors. I decided to move forward with Shalom becuase Jose gave me the information i was seeking along with the best options for my home.I decided go with a 16 seer American Standard air conditioner. The workers arrived on time and were respectful of my home. They put down tarps to protect my wood floors which i appreciated vary much. The work was completed and Im vary impressed. They also cleaned up when they were finished. I would recommend Shalom to anyone looking for quality work and a great price.

I cant say how greatful i am to Shalom for coming out and repairing my unit. I had called on a Saturday afternoon and he came out monday morning. Jose explained that a capacitor had gone out and that it was a simple repair.He had the part on his truck. 1 hour later and my unit was up and running again. Thank you I will be using Shalom again.
