In 2006 Matt was working for a contractor at Red River Army Depot and was facing another lay off.
It was at that time when Matt realized he wanted to learn a Trade that could last him a lifetime of work and not worry about job security or layoffs. Matt went to the Texarkana college and sought out information about there HVAC program. He came home that day and told his soon to be wife Lacey Shirley that he wanted to enroll in the HVAC program in the fall when the next class began.
That was the start to Matt's HVAC career. He started the fall semester and did the day class for one yea rand received his HVAC completion certificate. Matt's first job out of college was for a local outfit that did refrigeration, food equipment repair, and Heating and Air.
