After working for Ed since 1946, Joseph's father, Adolph, and his partner, Charles Staab, purchased the business in 1972 and renamed it Glassman/Staab Inc.

He joined the family business in 1974.
Some 45 years later, he continues to carry on Glassman Corporation's longtime mission: to serve the customer first and foremost without question.
Joseph also attended Regis University in Denver, Colorado.
He then went on to complete Carrier Corporation's Advanced Engineering Training in Syracuse, New York.
Joseph continued his education and graduated Phi Kappa Phi from Fort Hays State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management.
He joined the family business in 1974.
