Update: 2/4/26 had more work done and want to leave a new review. Had a duct cleaning, the team was professional and courteous. They even replaced the flat head screws on my vents with hex head cause they heard me say I hated flat heads in passing the team great.

The AC tech Ben was great to work with and the maintenance tech Daniel is the same tech that shows up every year. Feels like a small tight knit team. Happy to leave a 5 star review.

We upgraded our furnace and A/C with NorthStar 5 years ago. We got a great deal, and easy financing.
Not only did they do a great job with the upgrade, they also added a warm air return vent in our basement for us.
I love that I get a call every spring and fall for a tune up on our system, that was included in the price of the units they installed. Them calling me to schedule the tune up is so great, and is one less thing I have to worry about, and knowing that is free adds great peace of mind.
Every time they come for the tune up, they are always on time, professional, friendly, efficient and clean.
We are so glad we went with NorthStar and would highly recommend them for any service.
Daniel just came and did an annual service amd was amazing and very helpful!

These guys are awesome! We had some issues with our AC freezing up and had some other people out who were completely unhelpful and we were left with the issue. But Anthony came out to help us right away and spent all the time necessary to figure out what was wrong. They also put in a mini split for us in our ADU and gave us the best price and service out of all the quotes we got. They are fast, efficient, punctual and also super easy to get along with.They are by far the best AC people we've dealt with. Can't recommend enough.

Dylan came out two days in a row to help us and luckily it was a simple fix! Even if it wasn’t, he gave us other options as worst case scenarios so we had all the information in case we needed him again. Northstar installed our new AC and Furnace systems two years ago and this simple fix was all because of a blocked vent. We appreciate your honesty and 5 star service!

I hired North Star to come out and assess my furnace and give me recommendations in order to get it running better than it was. I went with the required cleanings and one upgrade to get my furnace up to code. Daniel came out and did an amazing job! He took before and after pictures and videos so I could see the difference and then showed me everything when complete. He even educated me on some furnace maintenance tips, as my ex used to handle all of that. In addition, he was super accommodating when dealing with the painting crew I had in my home painting my house, which happened to fall on the same day. Thanks for the great work Daniel!

Capone completed a full HVAC system swap-out and the workmanship was top-notch. He removed the existing unit and installed the new system efficiently, with proper sizing, clean duct connections, and attention to airflow and refrigerant charging. All electrical, condensate, and line set connections were done cleanly and to code. The system was fully tested and dialed in, and everything is operating exactly as it should. Capone was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in doing the job right. I highly recommend him for anyone needing a quality replacement or upgrade.

From the moment you call speaking to Angela your treated with such professionalism and care. We recently moved into a condo , and I had called for them to do a check on my air conditioning unit. Lucky for us Our technician was Dylan Nielsen. Dylan was absolutely amazing, so polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. He found another issue , not related to the air-conditioning And took care of it for us he even offered to come out on the holiday Monday to help. I am a repeat customer, and I really like the checkups that they offer. Dylan was my technician today, and he did an outstanding job explaining everything going on with my furnaces. My previous technician was Anthony, but he is now a manager in the company. It is great that they have such good people working for them. I've been a member of their service plan for over almost two years now and I think they are great. Recently I had Daniel, a field technician, come to 3 of my properties and each time he does a great service. He's very knowledgeable and thorough. He always takes the time to answer my questions and explain things. If you need service done, ask for Daniel. Angela from the office is very friendly and helpful as well. I think they are very fair in price, especially for the quality of work they do.
