Just wanted to thank David and RJ for their efficient response and service. I called yesterday morning and their customer service representative was able to send out plumbers in as little as 2-3 hours. I shortly after received a text with the name and picture of the plumber who would show up to assist me. Thats a great feature for security purposes. David also sent me a text message when he was arriving. He assessed the situation and quickly gave me a quote, luckily for me the work was completed all in one day. Dominic and Jose were super friendly and did a great job with fixing our showers and toilets! Dominic also helped make the service process easier and laid out a plan for what theyd do and how long it may take, our shower was originally leaking and they were able to have it fixed and a new shower head and faucet installed within the afternoon! thank you so much for your service!!

I had multiple plumbing issues, including a non-stop running toilet and an upstairs shower leaking down onto the first floor through my ceiling. I was beyond stressed. I reached out to Henleys Plumbing & Air, and they were incredible. They sent out a technician the same day. Francisco was awesome. He was able to repair the shower issue and install a new toilet for me all within 24hrs of my call. The ladies that work in the office were super kind and kept me updated. Henleys is the only plumbing Ill use going forward.

I highly recommend Henleys Plumbing and Air. My experience has been excellent. I have two properties and have had AC repairs, water heater and toilets services. Their prices are fair, equally important is the customer service provided by all employees is by far superior to local options for same services, such as Air Pro/Goettl.

Henleys provides top-notch service! I initially called because water was backing up into my shower from what I thought was a simple clog turns out it was a much bigger issue. David and Alejandro were incredibly professional and walked us through everything they found, even showing us the camera footage so we fully understood the situation. Within just a few days, they had replaced our water heater and installed a brand-new sewage line with a clean-out in the front yard. Everything was done efficiently and with great care. Im so grateful for their hard work and honesty Ill definitely be calling Henleys again in the future!

Quick service! We were able to get an appt within 24 hours and get the problem fixed. Joshua was super helpful and respectful. We have a new baby in the house and he was very considerate of him sleeping in the room nearby. He let me know when it would get noisy so we could be prepared. While no one ever wants to need a plumber, we would definitely use Henleys again in the future!

David and Ty with Henley's Plumbing and Air replaced a hot water heater recently. They did a fantastic job removing the old tank and they replaced EVERY part (hoses, pipes) to ensure the unit would be problem-free for years. They explained what they were doing throughout, were highly professional, and they were very skilled in their work. I commend them and Henley's for being so attentive and responsive. They cleaned up after themselves and even answered a question after hours. VERY customer-focused.

Our home is pretty old and has no central air/heat system. We put in a couple of split units which had been doing the job. One of them stopped blowing cold air one day. I called a few places but no one wanted to help us. But when I called Henleys, they agreed to come take a look at it. Im so glad I decided to call them. They were able to fix it and were so nice to do business with.
