Buying our new furnace and central air from HRC has been one of the best experiences I have had with a contractor. Coming to our house for the bid was short and sweet, he was in and out. Not like others who wasted a lot of time trying to sell us something out of our budget. Very professional and considerate of our needs.
The crew that come to install got right to business and everyone of the employees was totally considerate of our family. There crews are very efficient, they took time to explain how to use our new system and maintain it.

HRC was amazing. Ive had multiple companies come out and look at our AC. Ive been given quotes ranging from hundreds to thousands without any of them being able to tell me confidently that it would fix our issue. Kalen came out and was able to diagnose and give me a very fair cost to repair with confidence in his work. The entire Interaction from the first call with Michelle to the repair with Kalen was so professional and top notch. I definitely found my go to HVAC company for both our commercial buildings (salons) as well as our home.

Our A/C went out on a Friday night. It was the weekend with record heat temperatures. We quickly became basement dwellers. On Monday morning I called HRC Climate Services and they sent Kaelen to fix our A/C. Kaelen was awesome! He not only replaced the blower motor, but he did a very thorough job and made sure that everything else was working properly. He took the time to open different areas of the A/C system, both inside and outside. He cleaned everything up and left our A/C like new (our system is about 10 years old). Thank you Kaelen for the great work!

Paul came within 10 minutes of calling, and had our heater cleaned and fixed in about an hour. He knows his way around a heater, which is so refreshing. Thank you I'll definitely be calling only you guys in the future.
Update: I needed a gas line run and a fire place installed and called Paul again. He came in a short amount of time, installed the line and fireplace efficiently and troubleshot the fireplace when it wasnt working quite right (it was an older fireplace). He cleaned it up with attention to detail, replaced the non functioning part and got it running perfectly. The best part is I fully expected to pay much more than he quoted due to the extra labor to replace the broken part. He didnt! No one does that, he is an honest guy and thats a rare thing. Thank you hrc!

After another company cancelled on us just an hour before they were scheduled to fix our broken heater, Paul came to the rescue in just a few short hours. He was super knowledgeable, kind, and very respectful. He figured out the problem was due to the orginial installer not using the correct materials for our size of unit. Thanks to Paul, he was able to get the orginial installer to not only fix that mistake but a few other things that Paul pointed out were in error as well, and it was all done for free! Thanks Paul, you saved me hundreds, maybe thousands of dollars!!! There is no doubt I will be calling HRC for any other heating and cooling needs!

As a follow up to my review, I had to call HRC on an AC emergency in the hot of the day and they were able to come within the hour and had my system up an running in no time. On top of that, they only charged me the service charge plus the cost of one small part. Thank you!!

Had a scheduled maintenance on a furnace today and received great service from our technician Kaelen. He arrived on time and worked efficiently. I had a small problem with water condensation in my furnace.
They came right over and fixed it for no charge. Super nice.
They always do good work.
I had other people bid jobs before and they always just wanted to put in a whole new system for 5 to 8 grand.

I have been very happy with HRC for their heating and air conditioning services. I own another service company in the area and I always refer them to my customers when ever they need help with their furnace or air conditioner. I referred them to my neighbor this past summer when their AC was not working. They got them fixed the same day. Very good service.

My dad, at 83 years old, has spent 40 years in the HVAC business, so when it came time to replace his old system, he wanted to be involved. Despite his age and occasional lapses in memory, he remains sharp and retains much of his HVAC knowledge. We consulted three different companies to assess his very old system, which includes a boiler room, and only Paul and the HRC team could address all of my dads questions and concerns. They treated my dad with respect and managed to schedule the project within a week, which was particularly impressive given how busy these companies can be in mid-July. The team members were professional in every aspect, and I was especially pleased with how tidy they kept the construction site. They cleaned up every night, even vacuuming the carpet and the areas they had worked in.

Billy did a great job installing a new dryer vent system in my home. He cut the drywall and installed a capped over the old ventilation system exactly how I asked him to so repairing the wall would be easy to do afterwards. The pricing for all of the work I requested was very reasonable. I will be coming back if I have more projects I need completed.

Your tech Kaelen Loveless did a great job for my AC unit. High level overview he was prompt, I got a call and text he was going to be earlier then originally scheduled and he told me the problem (capacitor) and told me how much it was going to cost. I asked him about additional services He could offer, he explained them and I declined. He didnt have the part I needed in his truck but was back within the hour and finished the job. Seems straight forward but he went above and beyond and took the time to listen and address the concerns I had with an older unit. When its going to be 100 Degrees on August 24th in Woodland Hills the day you need your AC unit serviced you would hope it would be done soon. From first call to repair it was under 2 hours. FYI I asked my brother in law whos a local contractor who would give me a fair price with great service and he told me HRC. Feel free to give my number out as a reference. Doug Byers

We had a good experience overall. Mike was great at keeping us in the loop and with every step of the way. At one point he had to go pick up a part for us and was courteous enough to call and let us know when he had the part and we that he was on his way. He found the problem quickly and had great customer service. Price seemed reasonable.

I generally don't give five star reviews, but with HRC I will make an exception. I have worked with Paul and crew for many years, and they have always been responsive and informative. I have had problems with my air conditioning that they have tried to help with within the limitations of my budget. Recently our heater began to show it's age, and HRC was able to provide me a replacement - completely installed - the day after I ordered it. The folks at HRC exemplify the meaning of customer service, and their work is absolutely top notch.
