I called ace maybe 6 years ago to replace my condenser during the middle of a heat wave and they came out to see me the very next day and while I was a little worried about what the cost to replace the unit would be, they charged me a very fair price.
This time my fan motor died and even though I called them late on Monday, they still found a way to see me on Tuesday (again in the middle of a heatwave). They diagnosed the problem and fixed it the same day (they had to replace the fan motor). They didnt try to upsell me to a new furnace, they just fixed the problem I had. Very honest and clear communication the whole time. I highly recommend if you need HVAC help.

No need to look any further this company and Joe especially just great , I called to fix my ac unit it was making horrible metal screeching noise, Joe was here for less then 10 minutes and determine bad motor , he had motor on hand in his truck and fixed it in one hour . Price was reasonable, service was amazing highly recommended.

My AC wasnt blowing any air, and I noticed the pipes in the closet were completely frozen. I called this company around 11 AM, and by 2 PM, Joe arrived. He inspected the system and quickly identified a faulty capacitor. He replaced it within 30 minutes, and now the system is working perfectly again.
