I met some of the Monkey Wrench staff at the Los Angeles Fair at their booth and took advantage of a great special they had at the fair for a Tankless Water Heater Flush. My technician Jonathan did great work in a timely fashion and provided great communication on my work and other questions I had. Will for sure be using Monkey Wrench again when the need arises.

Alex from Monkey Wrench was incredibly helpful getting our AC back up and running the same day he came to look at the problem. We were only without air for a short time because of his ability to diagnose the problem quickly and fix it.

Jose Zaragoza was at our house today to install a filter and perform maintenance on our two tankless water heater units. Besides being a really good guy to have in our home, he was quick and efficient in performing his work. After he was finished, he explained to us what he had done as well as the status of both units and what he had observed about them, i.e., all good. We really appreciate everything he did for us and how he went about doing it. He is a true professional.

I would give Jose Zaragoza more than 5 stars. Not only did he arrive at the time the app said he would he was able to install the new parts efficiently and in a timely manner. What a relief to have such speed in fixing the issue and now once more we have hot water and a safe water heater, and I now have back a number of hours I thought I would be home to wait. Rick came out quickly on initial call and quickly diagnosed the water heater needed to be replaced. He made recommendations and showed pictures of previous installs and detailed what the new install for me would be like. We went through options, pricing, warranties, and all aspects of the job. Since he didnt work on the weekend, I was willing to wait until Monday for him to install given his professionalism and details provided rather than having another technician the next day. Alex came with him on install day and both were terrific and did a thorough and terrific job. Install went without a hitch and new tankless is now up and running.
