This the company to use. Ken and Bashar helped us install a new furnace. Biggest thing these are real good people. Ken (owner) is knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his customers. Bashar stayed in contact the whole way and went above and beyond. I could go on. Might invite them back to the house for some homemade NY style pizza. And they are BBB accredited.

This company is great, very helpful and go above and beyond to explain and troubleshoot the system. The office was great to deal with and the response was fast. Matt was able to diagnose the issue quickly with no upsell and showed me the fail point, why and how he would replace it. When the new part was installed the system came back to life with no issues. I appreciate the integrity this company has, for all the work needed to get the system repaired I was more than happy with the amount. Ill definitely recommend this company to family and friends.

Very professional and nice staff! They were able to fix the problems as they come up especially since our hvac system is pretty old so a lot of hidden problems we didnt know of and they were very responsible in the fact that they took their time to come back two days in a row just make sure our ac is running! I would definitely choose them if you are within their service area!

My AC stopped working in the middle of a heat advisory. As you can imagine, they were very busy and it took a couple of days to get someone out. The technicians showed up at the early end of our appointment window, were responsive and diagnosed the issue promptly. I was very happy to have my AC back up & running.

I highly recommend Infinity Heating & Air. I called another vendor and they said I needed a whole new coil and the cost was going to be almost $3,000. Had Infinity Heating & Air come and do a second opinion and it ended that the system did not need to be replaced and the cost was almost 50% less. Infinity Heating & Air will be my go to for my next repair.

Matt came and checked out our heat pump for us. It didnt end up needing any servicing but he explained to me how it defrosts itself so now I know that its functioning properly during really cold days! Very nice to talk to and down to earth. We used this company to install a new furnace/ac unit due to an improper install when the house was built. Showed up on time and rushed us into their schedule which means alot during the cold season. Very informative on any questions I asked, very professional when it came to the task at hand. Updated with the progress and what to expect from beginning to finish. Offered a free ac charge during the spring since they were unable to get accurate readings when discharging/charging prior to installation due to the cold temperature outside. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for high quality work. Now our house is nice and toasty thank you!!!

I called in a panic after hours because my furnace wouldn't stay running and he called me right back listened to what was happening and told me what to do to get it going. No charge nothing just awesome advise when i was in a pinch. I then had them come service my furnace because they were so wonderful during my emergency and they were prompt, professional and very informative. I'm so glad I found them!!!
