My review for Bill and Cool AirTech is long overdue. This year marks 20 years that we have been a customer. Bill and his guys have serviced two homes for us and we have always experienced attentive and honest customer service. Dont hesitate to call Bill at Cool Air Technologies if youre having HVAC issues. Not only did we get a much improved new system at a fair price, we received excellent customer service and great communication from the very first phone call through the installation. Bill and his team were also very quick to respond when we needed them to come out a few months later and make an adjustment to our system.

Our AC broke during the last heat wave and it was miserable. Bill was here on a Wednesday and somehow made it work in his schedule to install that Friday. He did such a detailed analysis of what are options were and wrote it all down for us. There was never any pressure to go with him at all. His crew came in on Friday and worked quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend.

This is the second time I've had the opportunity to work with Cool Air Technologies and I couldn't be more pleased. Seven years ago they replaced my whole system and it's worked perfectly every since. They recently replaced my duct work due to rodent damage. They came right out and finished the job quickly and efficiently. Bill and Trish are great to work with. They are a small mom and pop shop and offer great values as you deal directly with the owners of the company. I highly recommend!

It was a hot Sunday night in June when we heard a strange noise coming from our backyard. We discovered our AC unit was on but the fan was not turning. We have used Cool Air Technologies for all our AC needs and called Bill on Monday morning. He was out the same day to investigate the cause. We discussed possible fixes but as our system was over 30 years old, realized that these short term fixes may be money down the drain. We opted for a new system including the coil and condenser. The price was extremely competitive compared to other quotes we received. Two days later Bill and his crew were on site to perform the work. The work was done expertly and by the end of the day we were enjoying our new system. Over the past few months we have noticed a dramatic decrease in our electricity usage when the AC is on and the system is so efficient in cooling it doesn't have to run as long as in the past. We are so happy we decided to go with the new unit. We will continue to use Cool Air for our future needs but I have a feeling we won't be seeing Bill for a while given how well this unit is performing.

In the middle of a horrible heat wave my upstairs air conditioner broke on a Thursday early evening. I called Cool Air Technologies on Friday morning, left a message and Trish called me back within a half hour, they had a cancellation on Saturday and Bill & Johnathan were here at the time specified. Air conditioner fixed quickly, did maintenance on both units! This is the only company I will use for my air conditioner/hvac units.

Bill came out in the rain storm this week to do service maintenance on my HVAC/AC.
He was very knowledgeable and professional. He found the thermostat had a shorted wire causing my AC & Heater to run at the same time. It was a great catch as Ive been wondering why my gas bills were so elevated last summer when I was using only AC (no heat) This solved an expensive problem!

Bill and crew were great to work with. Cool Air Tech responded quickly to my issue with the heater. They promptly scheduled a visit to my home to assess the situation. I appreciate Bill explaining all details of what was required to get the heater back up and running. My unit is older and there was no pressure to replace as long as it was repairable. The repairs and necessary parts required were all completed before noon. The heater is working and we will definitely reach out for a PM on the A/C before summer. Highly recommend this company.!

Bill came over to give me a quote for a twenty year old aircon unit and furnace replacement that was leaking refrigerant. He was friendly, professional and knew his stuff! He didn't come across like a pushy salesperson. His offered us a fair price. I called on Wednesday and told Bill my furnace was not coming on. I was informed of the service call charge but the charge is waived if Bill fixes the problem. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day and was given a four hour window. Bill called before he came and he came within the four hour window. Bill analyzed the problem and determined the furnace interface board was bad. Bill presented the options for fixing the problem. He left and returned with a new interface board, installed it and verified that the furnace was working correctly. Bill was pleasant, knowledgeable, honest and fixed my heating problem in a timely matter. The cost was reasonable and I am happy with his service. I would recommend Cool Air Technologies.

These guys do an excellent job. We had them come in and fix some problems left by the previous owner of the house, and our air works perfectly now. When the old pump died in the middle of a heat wave, they made time to come on the same day we called despite being super busy. Could not be happier with our experience.
