Our heat pump was not providing heated air during the early morning hours when the temps were near 40 degrees. Made a home warranty claim and Ken was dispatched earlier this morning. He arrived and I explained the heat pump was not delivering heated air any higher than 84 degrees. Ken did some diagnostics on the unit and discovered it was low on freon. Further inspection of the coils in the air handler confirmed a coil leak. Ken did a written report with photos of the area where the leak was located and submitted the report to the home warranty company. These guys know their stuff and I would recommend their service to anybody and will refer our client to them for all their AC needs. Thanks Ken.

What a WONDERFUL experience this was from start to finish! So many things were above par. I was treated with respect and not a pat on the head! (which is not the normal so this stood out immediately yay!) Everything was explained to me with care, kindness and information in terms I understood and related to. Communication from start to finish was FABULOUS, from setting the appointment to diagnosis to fixing the issue.

Follow up is already scheduled too! They arrived on time and early for appointments, which also stood out above par. Communication was clear about time windows of arrival, depth of a job etc. I greatly appreciate how clear everything was, communication goes a long with us! They explained as they inspected our system, showed us photos of what they saw as they went along.

They were up front, clear and concise, respectful of our time and space. Workspace was covered and kept clean while they were here. Best part they were great with our dogs, who loved them both. When our dogs like someone that speaks volumes. Options were given to us so we can budget for upcoming choices that will need to be made. Of all our decades in Arizona this was our BEST EXPERIENCE with an air conditioning company.

They are family owned and operated, not giant corporate and it makes a difference! Highly recommend Precise Air and Heating, from start to finish, big or small job I think you'll be glad you went with them. If I could give 10 stars I would!

JP did an amazing job fixing our furnace. Had another company out that said it had to be replaced and didn't make parts for it any more. JP came in and had the furnace fixed in 20 minutes. If you want someone who is honest and knowledgeable call JP!
