I had my bathroom tub and shower faucet replaced. The work and timing of repairs was not a problem. My only issue and this might of been my fault for lack of communication but I expected the shower head I had on my shower to be the one placed on the new shower.

John Nuncio was here earlier than was quoted on the phone he called to see if we were ready. He was super professional and solved our sewer backup in less than a hour. Would highly recommend Peterson pluming to anyone who has a pluming problem was also the most reasonable price in town.

Our home's sewer line unexpectedly backed-up at 11:30 am on a Sunday. Despite ten plumbing services stating they offered Sunday service, nine didn't.and the one that did was booked for the day, requiring an "emergency" surcharge if an opening became available. At 6:00 pm, we had to leave our home for a motel room. That evening, a neighbor, who owns several apartments, told us Peterson Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Drain provided the best service in town.

At 8:30 am, Monday morning, I called Peterson' and the owner answered the phone. She said a tech could be at our house between 2-4 pm. I accepted the appointment and thanked her. Much to our surprise and relief, one of her techs arrived FIFTEEN MINUTES later! He did an excellent job locating and removing the obstruction (roots). He scoped the line, showing us the intrusion, inspected the line out to the street sewer line, and offered many helpful suggestions to prevent further problems. Compared to other service providers, Peterson' charged a very reasonable amount.

I called to thank the owner for her EXCELLENT service, I learned she had bumped us up on the day's schedule when she understood we'd be in a motel room for another night if the problem wasn't resolved that day. We could not have been more satisfied! In my experience, one rarely finds that kind of service in this day and age.

My tech, William arrived on time and spent more time than anticipated due to unforeseen challenges. He remained professional and friendly despite the frustrating situation.

The technician (Gabe) that came to fix our water hose Spicket was Very professional and courteous in all interactions. When faced with a challenge, he was persistent in finding a solution. We are so pleased with the job that he did for us and thankful for all of his hard work.

Speedy and helpful with great communication. They fixed the leak under our concrete slab. They did minimal damage in finding it and work diligently to get us up and running again. The best plumbers I have worked with.

Great response time! Had a small leak in our HW heater, John was able to get here later in the morning. He was able to identify and fix a couple of other issues while he was here. Great customer service!

No one wants to have to deal with a sump pump, but John N. Showed up for the job and did an efficient assessment and got to work, no complaints. Within an hour and a half we were back in business. Very impressed! My last 2 interactions with Peterson has been very encouraging. In a world where service calls are 3 weeks out, Peterson has been able to get me scheduled next day.

Where schedulers seem short and unapologetically disinterested, Peterson schedulers have been very attentive and available. These guys are polite and courteous, even in less than appealing jobs. Bravo for small business done right!

Service Tech arrived on time and was knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed my problem and had the necessary replacement part in his service vehicle. Update: The Peterson folks read my review first thing Monday morning, called to schedule a visit and showed up on time with a manager to have a look. They agreed the work could have been 'cleaner' and did a fine gas pipe rerouting job in just over an hour. Sister in law is happy, outdoor kitchen looks and works great. New pic is added. Rube Goldberg was foiled again by a real craftsman. 5 stars well deserved, good job Peterson!

Original review: My sister in law has a beautiful outdoor patio and Peterson plumbed her outdoor kitchen for gas, which works. Unfortunately the job is an eyesore that rube goldberg would be proud of, see pics. Gas pipe interferes with grill drawer closing and is run 4 from the wall with with a trip hazard for a stanchion. I'll call them on Monday to come back and make it right. Stay tuned for an updated review, I'm confident they will make it right.
