James Garcia is very friendly and helpful with our furnace maintenance. He is very thorough and explained what he did with the before and after photos. With our monthly membership, we don't pay any fees for the maintenance service, which is a plus. He made sure the setting of the furnace was updated correctly so the air will flow through properly in the house. He also changed the filter and cleaned out the filter tray for us.
