Moses came by to troubleshoot an issue we were having with our mini split. He was precessional and knowledgeable. When he had to give us the bad news about possibly needing a new unit, he was quick to offer the free consult with another member of their team and let us know about their 10 year product warranty.

Some techs come in, get the job done as fast as possible so they can move on. Which I understand on a busy schedule. But Russell Minor explained to me what he has doing step-by-step making sure I understood what and why, he was working on the tasks he was completing.
