I made a service call late at night and the service tech Dominque arrived promptly and was knowledgeable. He stayed late into the night and early into the morning without complaint. He made the process very smooth and left no question about the service I was being provided. I couldnt have been more happy with the service and I highly recommend this company.

Juan was very knowledgeable and his attention to detail was able to save me money and extend the life of my unit. He did an excellent job and was kind throughout the entire process. I will be calling for Juan for future repairs or replacement work.

I recently had the pleasure of working with an AC technician/Manager George and his group of trainees-Logan and Koby, and I couldnt be more impressed. From the moment they arrived, it was clear they were knowledgeable, professional, and committed to getting the job done right.

The lead technician/manager George, was not only highly skilled but also incredibly patient and thorough in explaining what needed to be done and why. He took the time to educate both me and his trainees, ensuring they understood each step of the process while maintaining excellent service and efficiency.

The trainees were attentive, respectful, and eager to learn. Under the guidance of their mentor/manager, they worked together seamlessly and handled everything with care.

Its rare to see such a strong mix of experience, professionalism, and mentorship in one visit. I highly recommend this team George, Koby and Logan for anyone needing AC services. Youll not only get quality work but also support the development of the next generation of top-tier technicians.

First and foremost the hospitality they showed us was unbelievable!! It made us feel like we knew them for years and on top of that the service was incredible they fixed our unit that we thought it was irreparable will definitely be the first call I make every time for air conditioning repair!

The two guys that showed up today were amazing! They walked me through everything they were doing, and it was so much more than I expected. My system was crazy dirty, and they cleaned everything! They even went above and beyond with a few questions I had that were out of scope. Totally the best these guys are my go-to forever!!!

I'm happy with the service but the time waiting is what I find unacceptable. We were told someone would be here between 9am and 1pm. At 2pm, someone finally arrives. It is 6pm and our technician, George, is still here. He found repairs that our unit needed so I understand the extra time. I had to finally cancel our Sunday afternoon plans. I explained my concerns with George and he was unaware how long we had been waiting. It seems there needs to be better communication between the dispatcher and the technician. For a business named On Time Experts, they should concentrate more on their name. Perhaps more technicians in the field or schedule less appointments in the day. Regarding George, we are very impressed with his HVAC knowledge, he was personable and he took the time to explain to us how our unit worked, the repairs it needed and the cost. Thank you George.

Dillon & Trae were the best. They immediately assed the problem and talked me through the repair. Gave me options and we agreed on the plan. They also were done within the time they quoted. Both respectful of my home and nice to our furbabies. On Time Experts is my go to company time and time again.

Weve used On Time Experts a few times and have been pleased each time. Our heat went out in the middle of winter and they sent out George and Dennis immediately to fix it. They were polite, respectful and very quick! Thank you!!

George was absolutely awesome. We were without heat on one of the coldest days of the year. He was able to get ghe parts and have the system up and running in no time. He was knowledgeable and super nice, explaining all the details and suggesting options. Great service!

I love this company. When the AC goes south it's great to know that they are there 'same day' when you need them! I've been using them for several years now...for heating,, AC and plumbing and I recommend them highly. Lately I've been really appreciating the communication I get from them prior to the techs arriving at my house. It's really helpful because I'm always updated on their arrival time. I also appreciate the fact that they are there for the consumer on nights and weekends. Several times they've 'saved the day' on a holiday weekend. Today Joseph and Sean did a great job of servicing my HVAC unit and getting it to 100% efficiency for the hot summer weather. All in all an awesome company that is built on integrity and top notch customer service.

George was incredible! Super knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. He was able to identify the problem within a matter of minutes. Even took the time to schedule follow up service.

This was my first experience with On Time Experts. I had seen multiple commercials on a local DFW station about an AC check up special. When my AC went out, I decided to give them a call. I was told that the diagnostic charge was $95. A bit later in the conversation the woman asked if I was interested in learning about the membership. No pressure - just the information. It turns out that the membership is a really good deal (more than pays for itself!!) The technicians, Joey and Chase, arrived on time, were very courteous and answered all my questions. This was a great experience. I am having to wait on a part - I might update this as the process continues. So far - so good. I'm posting a pic of all that is included in the membership.

Dominique was very polite, professional, kind and very informative. Showed us photos of the issues in our upstairs AC unit. Stayed for three hours and walked us through everything. We will be asking for him when we call for another appointment. My husband is a veteran, so no contract is needed which we loved. There prices are so much more manageable than other company's Thank you so much.

Dj and Joey did an amazing job! Their service was very detailed and thorough. They took their time examining/cleaning our HVAC unit and took plenty of photos which helped explain the issues we were having. You cant beat their service for the price which was very reasonable!

I saw on GMA a special that was going on today. I called and had service done right away on my furnace and AC unit by Fabian and Bernie. They were both very pleasant and self-explanatory with the service they were providing and given recommendations. I felt like they are trustworthy and highly recommend them.

Audi came to my house even when I did not reply to the message (fell asleep). He was friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. I will likely need to replace cast iron piping, and he was extremely helpful and knowledgable about that, too. He is a good man and deserves a raise! Send him next time, too!

Let me first state that my electric bills have become outrageous in the last couple of years. And my system hadn't been cleaned in 10 years. Professional, punctual and helpful describes the young techs that cleaned and analyzed my systems. They identified issues with carbon monoxide production which I didn't know was happening. My AC system was old enough to no longer receive Freon servicing without costing me a lot of money and was using extra electricity.

This answers my first statement. Bottom line, I had a new system installed the next day. Service was incredibly awesome. I'm glad I finally made the decision to have my system cleaned. This company explained everything in detail and I never felt pressured to purchased anything. They are now my go to company!

On Time offered same day service and excellent recognition of Veterans. I selected them for a plumbing problem and received service that afternoon. Charles arrived on time and quickly diagnosed and corrected our problem. He was courteous and in addition to fixing our issue, took the time to answer my questions. I highly recommend their service!

The service text was very professional and knowledgeable. He should me what he was doing and explain everything. This is the kicker he asked me if he could do anything for me, like move anything or help me with anything. I have never experienced anything like that. Dominic was awesome!

HVAC system. The young man was wonderful. He explained everything to us and showed us what needed to be done. He even offered to help us with anything we needed done. His job is all we needed. He did a great job on cleaning our coils. All of your HVAC and Plumbers have been so gracious. I definitely liked the young man whom was here today.

ERIC, was my technician who showed up, on time, after two prior communiques by OTE customer service confirming his arrival (impressive in itself) Eric respectfully introduced himself and went straight to work, donning "courtesy booties" to prevent mud-tracking in my house, and started dismantling my indoor HVAC unit. He showed me the dirt/dust build-up on the motor housing, etc and took it outside to rinse it off (minus the motor itself) Then he checked the rest of the interior unit components for 'wear & tear' etc and gave me intel on those parts.

When finished with that task he promptly went outside (with my garden hose in hand) to rinse out the exterior system unit and also perform a maintenance check on all parts and components outside. I didn't "check up on him" during his service, but certainly trusted that he was being thorough and complete in his work, knowing the good reputation of the On Time organization.

He did turn on the unit for me before he left to let me see/hear how it was running and it seems to be operating optimally. Upon his departure Mr. Eric shook my hand and gave me a company brochure with his direct number on it, in case I had any specific questions pertinent to this call. All in all it was a very pleasant, professional, positive experience and I would certainly recommend this company to neighbors and friends and contacts I have in my community. Thank You

The on time experts came out and swapped out both of my toilets. Joe and Christian did an amazing job. Couldn't be any more satisfied. Great guys and great work. The service I received today was legendary.

Barry (spelling?) was fantastic! Very professional and courteous. He diagnosed what the problem was very quickly and explained everything in a manor that made me feel comfortable and good about what was going on. The repair was made quickly but there was a bigger problem that required more coolant than he had, he had to come back but fixed it quickly two days later.

And since I am a monthly member it didn't cost me a dime, even though he had to put in a total of 9 lbs of coolant. He was exceptional and deserves high praises for his professionalism and courteousy.

I just had an awesome service call! Justin is very knowledgeable and he was empathetic to my concerns and the issue with my A/C unit. Justin quickly identified the reason why my unit was not producing cool air. He explained the issue, showed me pictures and went over what is required to fix my ac unit. I'm so glad I called this company today and thankful that I signed up for their membership package. I can tell that Justin is passionate about his career and work. We had an unexpected clog in our drain. They came out the same day I called, had everything fixed in no time, and didn't overcharge us. Payton was the person who helped us. He did a wonderful job, and was super professional. I would definitely recommend them!

Had a very lovely experience with the two gentlemen, Jose and Liam, who came to fix my broken AC unit. They quickly found the cause of the issue, broke down the different pricing plans and what the membership would offer, and made it easy to figure out what plan of action would be best. I am so thankful for them getting the job done and my house is no longer 90 degrees. I noticed my AC wasn't working properly early Saturday morning. After trying a filter change and cleaning the coils it was was just getting hotter in the house. I did a Google search and these guys were at the top of the list and had good reviews so I contacted them. They were quick to reply and they were able to get someone out shortly after noon.

The Tech showed up and was very courteous and got straight to work. He diagnosed my problem, showed me the bad part and even put a meter on it to show me it was bad. He had the part on his truck and was able to fix it right away. I was very thankful they were able to get out and get it fixed all in the same day on very short notice. I would recommend these guys to anyone needing AC work done.

He checked entire system and provided straight talk on my unit and potential options for future. I would enlist the services of this company again. Joey and Gilbert with On Time Experts truly were the experts we needed! They arrived ready to listen to the concerns going on, actively walked me through how they could solve the issue present, and then continually updated me with any other concerns that came up. They were both so personal and professional, and they were able to share some of the other great services and promotions that On Time Experts offer. Joey got us signed up with their Randy's Hero's program (for Veterans, First Responders) which allows us to become members with great benefits! All around, the services provided were excellent, and the customer service went above and beyond!

These guys fixed out unit after 7 pm which is rare. Jarod and Nick showed and they were professional and quick. Jarod figured out the issue in less than 5 minutes. Jarod explained what went wrong and also how things work just in case. 11/10 work.

Jordan came out to fix our AC during this 107 degree inferno that is Texas. He was so great! Incredibly friendly. Impressively knowledgeable. Super speedy. Genuinely understanding.
