My heater had gone out and at the most inconvenient of times. It has started to snow that day, cold, windy, and my call was I'm sure unexpected. However the team and technician were so very understanding and responsive to my concerns and issues and were very considerate by squeezing my family in at such a time. They were able to not only respond, but also made the repairs and quickly as well. I couldn't be more grateful, thank you so much!

John is a great technician/installer. Covid fouled up the scheduling, and a couple of quarantines made it impossible to get on site. Tina in the office and John doing the installation. They got us scheduled for the first week in December. Three days after the Job started, it was complete. The Job was completed with excellent attention to detail and exceeded my expectations. Thank you to the team at Total Comfort Solutions.
