Pacific Coast Heating and Air Conditioning technician spent a great deal of time serving our AC unit and explained any concerns as well as pictures to show what she had done. By far this is the best tech person weve had and I only want her to come back and service our unit. Very happy with her work and professionalism. He treats us like family and is trustworthy. I came home from out of town & my AC wasn't working. It was 5pm on Sunday night & I called Pacific Coast Heating and Air Conditioning. Technician from this company immediately called me back, said he would be here in an hour, but showed up within 30min. He quickly diagnosed the problem & fixed it. He is very professional & has great customer service.

I called these guys and left a message. They returned my call within a couple hours. I wanted to schedule a spring start of my Hvac and have them run through a maintenance check
They sent out a Tech named Victor. He was a complete gentleman and very patient and knowledgeable when it came to answering my questions. Great experience with Victor and this company. Highly recommend them.
