Services
HVAC Maintenance
Our comprehensive HVAC maintenance ensures optimal performance of heating and cooling systems. Technicians perform 26-point furnace and 20-point AC inspections, checking electrical components, refrigerant levels, and safety controls. Regular maintenance prevents breakdowns, improves energy efficiency, and extends equipment lifespan while ensuring safe operation for residential and commercial properties.
Air Duct Cleaning
Professional air duct cleaning removes contaminants from HVAC ductwork to improve indoor air quality. Our process eliminates dust, mold, and allergens that circulate through homes, reducing health risks and enhancing system efficiency. Recommended every 5-7 years or when signs like excessive dust or musty odors appear, this service promotes cleaner air and lower energy bills.
Dryer Vent Cleaning
Dryer vent cleaning prevents fire hazards and improves appliance efficiency by removing lint buildup. Our technicians clear blockages that cause overheating, reduce drying times, and eliminate carbon monoxide risks for gas dryers. Annual cleaning is recommended to maintain safety, lower energy costs, and extend dryer lifespan through improved airflow.
Furnace Repair
We diagnose and fix furnace issues across all makes and models. Our EPA-certified technicians handle ignition problems, thermostat malfunctions, and component failures while ensuring proper carbon monoxide levels. Emergency repairs focus on restoring heat quickly, with parts replaced using manufacturer-approved components to guarantee safety and system reliability.
AC Installation
Our AC installation service includes expert selection and setup of energy-efficient cooling systems. Technicians assess home size, insulation, and existing ductwork to recommend optimal units, then perform professional installation following manufacturer specifications. This ensures maximum efficiency, proper refrigerant charging, and seamless integration with existing HVAC systems for lasting comfort.
