Business Details
For over 35 years, we have proudly served the communities of St. Charles and Sycamore with dependable plumbing solutions. Our journey began when Chris started as a shop assistant in his father's plumbing business, learning the value of hard work and preparation. By absorbing generational knowledge, he learned the foundations of a business built on integrity and craftsmanship. Today, we apply these foundational lessons to solve both simple and complex plumbing challenges. Our dedicated team understands that some of the most valuable lessons are learned hands-on from those who came before us. We approach every boiler and plumbing challenge as a collaborative unit to find the best possible solution.

I have used Dorr many times in the last decade, and they always are top-notch across the board. Appointments are easy to get, even same-day. All servicemen have been knowledgeable, friendly, and terrific to work with. Garbage disposal, sump pump, toilet replacement, pipe repair.they do it all and at a fair price. Definitely one of the best in the DeKalb area.

I highly recommend Dorr Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs. They were super for our recent remodel and upgrade. They were responsive and communicated well. Their work was excellent and they answered question kindly. Yuni, Dave, and the whole team were great. 11/6/23 We recommend Dorr Plumbing. Chris did outstanding work installing our new toilet. We are very grateful for the skilled tradesman that he is. Chris also repaired our downstairs sink works and tightened up the master tub handles. He took the time to teach and explain. He was patient with our questions. Yuni, in the office, is a consistent resource and salesperson. Great work! Jennie & Bill, DeKalb, IL

Highly recommend! They have done several different jobs for us - installing sump pumps, fixing toilets, including one that was rocking very badly - and all have been done very thoroughly - at very reasonable costs. They've always been very friendly and explained everything in a way that's easy to understand.
