Clingman Heating & Cooling

Clingman Heating & Cooling was founded in 2003 by Rich Clingman, who began his journey in the HVAC industry at age 14, working on commercial construction projects with family members. Our company was built on the principles of trust, transparency, and community service, prioritizing customer needs over profit margins. We specialize in residential and commercial HVAC solutions, offering installation, repair, maintenance, and system design services tailored to individual client requirements. Our team combines decades of hands-on experience with a commitment to using high-quality, energy-efficient equipment from trusted brands like Tempstar. We maintain competitive pricing structures while ensuring technical excellence and personalized service for every project.

Our warranty programs include industry-leading protections such as 10-year parts warranties and lifetime heat exchanger coverage upon timely registration. As a locally owned business serving Hilliard, Ohio, we focus on building long-term relationships through reliable service and honest recommendations. Our approach emphasizes problem-solving over salesmanship, ensuring clients receive appropriate solutions without unnecessary upgrades. We offer financing options to make essential HVAC upgrades accessible while maintaining strict adherence to professional licensing standards (OH LIC #37339). Through consistent service quality and community engagement, we continue to grow our reputation as a trusted HVAC partner for both homeowners and businesses.
