Business Details
We have been a cornerstone of quality craftsmanship and community trust in east central Ohio since 1974. Our family operation began under Doug Peterman Sr., who took over the plumbing business from his father, Paul Peterman, and has grown into a thriving enterprise. Today, under the leadership of Doug Peterman Jr., we proudly represent three generations of family dedication. Over the past 50 years, we have completed more than 700 projects, including 39 school construction initiatives since 1999. We have grown our customer base to over 7,000 residential, commercial, and industrial clients across Ohio. Our team has won bids for major commercial projects, such as Wendys, K-Mart, and the Ohio National Guard Armory. We acquired the Lennox franchise in 1985, expanding our heating and air conditioning expertise.
Our commercial division has tackled significant renovations and new builds, including Claymont Schools, Buckeye Trail Schools, Texas Roadhouse, and Sheetz Gas Stations. In 2002, we moved to our current location in Dover, Ohio, purchasing and renovating a facility that now boasts 5,800 square feet of warehouse space. We are a full-service provider offering plumbing, heating, cooling, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, sewer line locating, jetting, and maintenance. Every customer interaction reflects our commitment to our core values and our long-term vision. We strive to deliver optimal outcomes for customers at all times through uncompromising customer service.
