Dont think twice, call Weiss! Boy is that advertisement true!! I had a houseful of company and I needed immediate plumbing assistance and they were on site so promptly and even on a Saturday night. Zandon and Devon arrive in a timely manner and were nothing but professional. Both technicians were completely knowledgeable and paid attention to cleanliness. After examining my cooling system, both techs were very thorough about solutions to prepare me for the summer. I felt pricing was pretty reasonable for the work needed. They made sure the area was clean and my system was buttoned up properly before leaving. I hope to have them back next time I have an issue and I HIGHLY recommend requesting them for your heating and cooling needs.

Outstanding customer service! Zandon and the additional young gentlemen (I apologize, I was away from home when they arrived and didnt get their names) that came to our home were not only knowledgeable of the issues we were having with our leaking furnace system and cracked pipes, but they were extremely courteous and considerate about cleaning up any mess they made during their repairs. Zandon explained all of our issues to our satisfaction and showed us photos backing his recommendations. You have very fine technicians representing your company that you can be very proud of!
