Run, run, run! They came to my office and insisted that the motor needed to be replaced, giving me a quote of over $3,600. Thankfully, I decided to get a second opinion. It turned out that the motor was completely finethe problem was simply a belt that needed to be replaced for less than $200. When I contacted the company to discuss this huge difference, Ryan, the ownerand the same person who had come to my officebecame very upset and started yelling at me.
He even questioned why I had contacted customer service to complain. I am extremely disappointed with both the diagnosis and the way my concerns were handled. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before approving any expensive repairs.
