We are crazy!
We bought a 15K duct cleaning machine.
It puts the ductwork under negative presssure.
We have an IntellaHepa Vac that hooks up at the furnace.
We have a Honda compressor system that has the whip that can go up to 100', the compressor system will agitate the dust in the ducts and then the IntellaHepa Vac will suck all the dust that has been agitated.
We clean the vents and the return airs.
It's an intense experience and topped off with a sanitization fog spray to end the process.

We make sure everything meets code, including: new water flexes, expansion tank, earth quake straps, and water stands.
You can also upgrade to a tankless water heater.
Enjoy unlimited hot water and endless showers.
We can convert your regular storage water tank to a tankless super easy.
Just need to do a little gas piping, make sure there is the right electrical, and new venting.

This is a pre-paid or monthly pay maintenance program for your homes heating and cooling system.
We will perform a yearly cleaning on your home heating/cooling system, including basic filter change or wash (if applicable).
If you have cooling we will also be using our special coil cleaner to clean the outdoor unit and indoor coil.
Enjoy the advantage of booking your appointment a year in advance.
This allows us to maintain a yearly schedule and allows us to have enough qualified technicians on staff during the different seasons.
We will perform a yearly cleaning on your home heating/cooling system, including basic filter change or wash (if applicable).
If you have cooling we will also be using our special coil cleaner to clean the outdoor unit and indoor coil.
